Haenyeo, Female Divers of Korea

Q. How did you become interested in taking photos of haenyeo?

First, haenyeo are a symbol of ____ women.
Jejudo, which is a volcanic island, is not suitable for ____ so many haenyeo have become the breadwinners for their families.
Second, haenyeo form their ____ communities and help each other.

Third, because they stay in the water ____ any breathing devices, haenyeo can’t catch a lot of seafood.
